These terms cover the public website. If your organization uses the Trestl platform, your organization’s agreement with Trestl governs that use.

If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you agree for that organization. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRESTL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law and do not affect any separate services agreement.

We may also suspend or restrict access to all or part of the website at any time, for example to protect it from abuse.
13. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the website, and you and Trestl consent to their jurisdiction.
14. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may transfer these terms to a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Trestl about the website; our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice explain how we handle personal information.
